The vision of Boka Gardens has been designed one evening in 2003, drafted on a simple piece of paper. Its creation was a fulfilment of a certain man’s dream and life goal, whose name remains engraved in every pore of the perfectly embossed stone that tells the story of love and spirit of a visionary. The entire village was a vision of a married couple who found an ideal place to make their dream come true. On that peaceful sunset, with seagulls flying over the islets, on the balcony of the newly established Villa Vujović, a vision was created giving opportunity to many future generations to enjoy, admire and share beautiful moments and memories of this authentic place.
But… let’s start from the beginning.
Boka Gardens is situated in Kostanjica, in the Boka Kotorska Bay, facing the old town Perast and two magnificent islets Sv. Djordje (St. George) and Gospa od Škrpjela (Our Lady of the Rocks) extending breathtaking views across the Bay.
Kostanjica is situated in a green oasis of chestnut trees, after which it was named. It was traditionally inhabited by sailors and fishermen.
Boka Gardens Resort offers unique residential and investment opportunities. The complex consists of 117 apartments with 8 villas, in 23 buildings. Within complex guests can enjoy gourmet experiences in Mediterranean restaurant, use a top hill swimming pool with wellness & fitness area, as well as relaxation area by the pool with sunbeds and the bar, a mini market, a tennis court or 250 m long sandy beach with a beach bar. At the very top of the resort village, 60 m above sea level, you will find the “infinity” pool that offers a one-of-a-kind experience with sea water and spectacular sea view.
Every building benefits the coastal area, built from embossed stone from this region and wood, with polygonal roofs, depicting the Boka-style construction. The entire complex is intertwined with beautiful design garden landscapes and Mediterranean plants, surrounded by Montenegro preserved nature which evokes an atmosphere of tranquility and peacefulness.
